Yes! Your training plan is tailored to wherever you workout. However I recommend getting a good variety of weights to use at home to optimise your progress.
Every week you will fill in a form on my app with a breakdown of your progress, performance, wellbeing, wins and any questions. Your coach will then send you personalised feedback via video or voice message with any necessary plan adjustments, support and mindset tackles. No more guessing, you will have complete clarity so you feel confident in the moves you make for the coming week.
It depends on how long you wish to coach with us for and the level of support you need, which is what we will discuss in depth on your consultation call. We have options to pay monthly or pay in full but you can expect it to range from £179 to £249 per month.

Yes! We have a training and nutrition plan only option, which is great for someone who needs the expert guidance and programming, but not the intensity of 1-1.
You will receive personalised training and nutrition plans tailored to your goals and your needs, all delivered on my app. A daily habit tracker and self reflection check ins. And a monthly check in with your coach to make any changes, discuss progress and keep you moving forward with your goals.
Absolutely not! The approach we take with nutrition is tailored to what works best for the individual. We advise the calories and macros that will support your goals, and give you multiple meal ideas that support general health, hormone balance, physique development and of course your diet enjoyment. But I understand that your relationship with nutrition can be a sensitive process, so together we will identify what works best for you!
